This is an auction notice issued by the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Karol Bagh Zone, Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The notice informs that various unclaimed and seized goods such as rehri, wooden articles, iron and steel scrap, cylinders, utensils, advertisement boards, counters, grills, gates, and plastic items removed from public or government land/footpaths under Sections 147 & 322 of the DMC Act will be auctioned. The auction will be conducted on 29.06.2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Licensing Store, Karampura, New Delhi. Interested bidders must deposit an earnest money of ₹1,00,000 via demand draft or pay order in favour of the Commissioner, MCD by 25.06.2026. Bidders must also submit GST registration details. The highest bidder must pay the full amount within 48 hours after the auction. The goods are sold on an “as is where is” basis, and the successful bidder must remove the items within 5 days. The authority reserves the right to cancel any bid without assigning a reason. Inspection of goods is allowed on 27.06.2026 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM at designated municipal stores
