Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has invited applications for participation in the e-auction of 232 vacant DDA plots identified for temporary use as Surface Parking Sites on a Licence Fee basis. The allotment will be conducted through a transparent and competitive e-auction process. The registration process for participation in the e-auction will commence from 25 June 2026 through the DDA e-auction portal. Detailed information regarding site locations, eligibility criteria, bidding procedure, licence fee, auction schedule, and other terms and conditions will be available on the portal. Interested bidders are advised to regularly visit the DDA e-auction portal for updates and further information. DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, withdraw any site from the auction process, or modify the terms and conditions without assigning any reason.
