Tadepalligudem Municipality has issued a public auction notice (Roc No. 228/2025/A1) dated 29-06-2026 for leasing vacant shops across four municipal shopping complexes on a monthly rent basis for a 3-year term. The public auction will take place at the municipal office on 07-07-2026 at 11:00 AM under the supervision of the Commissioner. Bidders must submit a ₹1,00,000 solvency certificate and deposit an initial EMD of ₹50,000 per shop to participate.
