The secured asset offered for sale includes industrial land measuring 464 sq. meters along with factory buildings situated at Plot No. 27A, Sy.No. 517 (Part), APIIC Industrial Park, Kurnool (IE), Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District, along with plant and machinery such as plastic injection moulding machines, cooling tower, air compressor, and related equipment. The total outstanding dues as on 31-05-2026 are Rs. 1,59,48,066 along with applicable interest and expenses. The e-auction will be conducted on 20-08-2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM through the designated online portal with auto extension facility.
