Dated :-28-10-2025 TRAFFIC ADVISORY TRAFFIC DIVERSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ELEVATED CORRIDOR FROM PARADISE JUNCTION TO DAIRY FARM ROAD ON NH-44. In connection with the commencement of construction of the Elevated Corridor from Paradise Junction to Dairy Farm Road on NH-44, the following road closures, traffic diversions, alternative routes, will be implemented w.e.f. 30-10-2025 for a period of approximately nine (09) months. ROAD CLOSURE: • The road stretch between Rajiv Gandhi Statue Junction to Balamrai, in both directions, will be closed for the duration of the construction of the Elevated Corridor. • General public is advised to avoid the road stretch from Balamrai to CTO Junction, as traffic congestion is expected on surrounding roads and Junctions. DIVERSION POINTS / ALTERNATIVE ROUTES FOR GENERAL PUBLIC: 1. Traffic coming from Balanagar side intending to proceed towards Panjagutta/Tank Bund may use the alternate route: Tadbund – Mastan Café – Diamond Point – Right Turn – Mudford – NCC – JBS – SBI. 2. Traffic coming from Suchitra side intending to proceed towards Panjagutta/Tank Bund may use the alternate route: Safe Express – Left Turn – Bapuji Nagar – Centre Point – Diamond Point – Mudfort – NCC – JBS – SBI. 3. Traffic coming from Tank Bund/Rani Gunj/Panjagutta/Rasoolpura/Plaza, intending to proceed towards Tadbund via CTO Junction, will be diverted at Rajiv Gandhi Statue Junction towards Anna Nagar – Balamrai – Tadbund. 4. The residents of Anna Nagar, who intend to proceed towards Panjagutta/Tank Bund, are advised to use the bylanes (Meeting Point bylane, Hockey ground bylane and L&O Police Station bylane) to reach their destination without taking the wrong route towards Rajiv Gandhi Statue Junction. Alternatively, they may proceed via Balamrai to reach their destination.
