She is 19 years old, approximately 5 feet tall, with a round face, fair complexion, and normal build. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a blue suit-salwar and slippers. Rukshar has been missing since 17 May 2026, 6:00 AM, from the jurisdiction of Police Station Shahdara, Delhi. A missing report has been registered under DD No. 86A dated 02 July 2026.
