District Police Headquarters, Kathua, has issued a Look Out Notice regarding Monika Devi (22 years), daughter of Tarsem Lal, resident of Ward No. 22, Kalibari, Kathua, who has been missing since 14 June 2026. A missing report was registered at Police Station Kathua vide DD No. 07 dated 17 June 2026. Despite sustained search efforts by the police, she remains untraced. Monika Devi is approximately 5 feet tall, has a wheatish complexion, slim build, round face, black eyes, and speaks Hindi and Dogri. The public is requested to share any information regarding her whereabouts with District Police Headquarters, Kathua or Police Station Kathua. Suitable reward will be given to the informer.
