A public notice has been issued regarding the loss of an original link property document (Sale Deed No. 2227/1987 dated 27 August 1987, SRO Gadwal) related to Plot No. 43, Sivakesava Nagar, Gadwal, Telangana. The property owner, Smt. R. Sharanya, intends to create a mortgage in favour of State Bank of India, Gadwal Branch, for obtaining a loan for M/s Sri Rama Agro Industries. Since the original link document was lost and remains untraced despite a police complaint, the bank proposes to process the loan based on certified copies of the document. Any person having objections or claims concerning the lost document or the proposed mortgage is requested to approach the undersigned advocate within seven days from the publication of this notice.
