It is hereby informed that Shri Joginder Singh, S/o Late Shri Sadhu Singh, resident of Flat No. 774, 1st Floor, Pocket GH-5/7, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087, is the allottee/owner of the said DDA flat. The original property documents, including the demand letter, have been misplaced/lost. An FIR has already been lodged in the concerned police station regarding the same. Any person having objection or claiming rights, title, or interest in the said property is requested to submit their claim within 15 days from the date of publication to the concerned authority, failing which the matter shall be processed further.
