I have already applied for issuance of a duplicate card. If any person finds, recovers, or comes into possession of the said card, they are requested to return it to the undersigned or inform me within 7 days from the publication of this notice. If no claim or information is received within the stipulated period, the said card shall be treated as permanently lost and a duplicate card will be issued. Any unauthorized use or misuse of the said card after publication of this notice shall be the sole responsibility of the person concerned, and I shall not be held liable for the same.
