It is hereby notified to all concerned that the original Deed of Conveyance bearing No. 2220 for the year 2008, registered in the office of A.D.S.R. Singur, pertaining to a portion of land measuring about 104 decimal forming part of R.S. & L.R. Dag Nos. 1437, 1438 & 1439 under L.R. Khatian No. 3545, J.L. No. 84, Mouza Ramnagar, P.S. Singur, District Hooghly, PIN 712305, within the jurisdiction of Baruipara–Paltagarh Gram Panchayat, owned by M/s. Arudha Ventures Private Limited, has been reported as lost. Subsequently, the said company has lodged a General Diary with the Inspector-in-Charge of Singur Police Station vide GDE No. 1342 dated 29-05-2026 regarding the loss of the above-mentioned deed. Any person having custody of the said document, any information regarding it, or any claim/objection over the property or deed is hereby requested to intimate the undersigned within 07 days from the date of publication, failing which no claim shall be entertained thereafter.
