A public notice has been issued on behalf of Sri Pothula Umamaheshwara Rao, S/o Sri Pothula Venkata Raju, informing the general public about the loss of the original title deed relating to his property bearing Municipal No. 8-2-293/82/F/32, consisting of Cellar, Stilt + 3 Floors, constructed on part of Plot No. 32, Film Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Hakeempet Village, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The original title deed, Document No. 3011/2007 dated 22.08.2007, registered at SRO Khairatabad, was reportedly lost during the shifting of residence around April 2017. After unsuccessful efforts to trace the document, the owner filed complaints through the MeeSeva/E-Seva Portal and Banjara Hills Police Station, following which a Tracing Certificate was issued. Public notices regarding the loss were also published in The New Indian Express and Andhra Jyothi on 12.12.2020.
The notice further states that the property has been mortgaged in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, acting as Security Trustee for State Bank of India and other lenders, through a Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 30.03.2026, registered as Document No. 2194/2026 at SRO Banjara Hills.
Any person who has found or is in possession of the original title deed is requested to return it to the undersigned advocate within 14 days from the date of publication of the notice. Failing this, the document shall be treated as irretrievably lost, and any misuse may invite appropriate criminal proceedings.
