Notice is hereby given on behalf of Smruti Milan Tripathy that he has applied for a loan with LIC Housing Finance Limited. It is stated that his vendor, Tapan Kiran Nayak, has misplaced the original link documents, namely Sale Deed No. 11081023045 dated 22/09/2010 and the Original Mutation ROR of Khata No. 353/586, which were in his custody. Despite best efforts, the said documents could not be traced. Therefore, the general public is hereby informed that if anyone has any right, title, or interest over the said property or has any claim relating to the missing documents, they should submit their objection before LIC HFL, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, within 15 days from the date of publication. After expiry of the said period, it shall be presumed that no claims exist, and LIC HFL, Bhubaneswar shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever regarding the said property or documents.
