This is to inform all concerned that Anupriya Kayal and Saptami Kayal have reported the loss of Sale Deed No. 2481/1986 executed between Nibha Mondal (Seller) and Dibakar Kayal (Purchaser), registered as Deed No. 2481/1986, Volume No. 1, Pages 307 to 352, pertaining to J.L. No. 47, Resa-7, Pargana Medanmalla, District Collectorate area, Mohal No. 109, Touzi No. 1127, Khatian No. 1127, Hal Dag No. 489, measuring land area of 1 Cottah 9 Chittacks 22.5 sq. ft. The original registered deed was kept in custody at the office of the District Sub-Registrar, Sonarpur ADSR, but has been reported missing during an attempt to photocopy it at Mahamayatala, Garia. A General Diary Entry No. 993 dated 10.04.2026 has already been lodged at Narendrapur Police Station regarding the loss. The concerned parties intend to create a charge such as mortgage or otherwise on the said property for obtaining a loan facility from State Bank of India.
