PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the owner of Flat No. B-125, Third Floor (without terrace rights), Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, along with 22.5% undivided ownership rights in the land beneath, has misplaced the original Lease Deed dated 11.07.2006 (Reg. No. 10473) and Conveyance Deed dated 10.10.2006 (Reg. No. 16225). An online Lost Article Report bearing LR No. 365493/2026 dated 11.06.2026 has been filed with the e-Police Station, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. The owner has entered into an Agreement to Sell the said property and intends to create an equitable mortgage in favour of SBI Home Loan Centre, South Extension Part-I, New Delhi. Any person or institution having any claim, objection, or interest in respect of the said property based on the missing documents is requested to submit their claim with supporting documents within 15 days via email to the concerned authorities, failing which the property title shall be treated as clear and marketable.
