The lost documents include Kabala No. 10521301043 dated 05.11.2013 and Kabala No. 809 dated 11.04.1982, relating to Patta/Khata Nos. 9/01 and 92/115. The loss has been reported under P.S. Case No. 289 dated 14.08.2026. The owner states that the documents have never been mortgaged with any Bank/Financial Institution and is applying for a loan from Canara Bank, Mancheswar Branch, Bhubaneswar.
