Bashir Khan, registered before Sub Registrar VIII, New Delhi on 18.02.2011, vide Regd. No. 3227 in Book No. 1, Vol. No. 5280, pages 74 to 83. Deed of Will dated 12.12.1982 executed by Sh. Abdul Kadir S/o Sh. Shakur Khan in favour of Sh. Bashir Khan. Deed of Will dated 12.12.1983 executed by Sh. Fyas Khan S/o Sh. Shakur Khan in favour of Sh. Bashir Khan S/o Sh. Shakur Khan. Receipt dated 10.02.1981. Deed of Will dated 10.02.1981 executed by Sh. Radhey Shyam S/o Sh. Hari Lal in favour of Sh. Fyaz Khan and Sh. Abdul Kadir. General Power of Attorney (GPA) dated 10.02.1981 executed by Sh. Radhey Shyam S/o Sh. Hari Lal in favour of Sh. Fyaz Khan and Sh. Abdul Kadir. GPA dated 12.12.1983 executed by Sh. Fyaz Khan and Sh. Abdul Kadir, sons of Sh. Shakur Khan, in favour of Sh. Bashir Khan S/o Sh. Shakur Khan. Receipt dated 12.12.1983 for an amount of Rs. 28,800/-. Agreement Deed dated 12.12.1983 executed between Fyaz Khan and Sh. Abdul Kadir, sons of Sh. Shakur Khan, in favour of Sh. Bashir Khan S/o Sh. Shakur Khan. It is further stated that if the said documents are found in future, the Bank shall not misuse them and shall hand over the same to the auction purchaser, as the property has already been sold through Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT)–II, Delhi.
