🏦 Union Bank of India – SARFAESI Demand Notice 📢 Demand Notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 Union Bank of India has issued a demand notice to M/s K P Industries and Mrs. Prity Sharma regarding default in repayment of loan facilities. 📌 The outstanding dues amount to ₹44,68,531.22 as on 31 May 2026. ⚠️ The borrowers have been directed to repay the outstanding amount within 60 days from the publication of the notice, failing which the Bank may initiate recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
