New India Assurance Co. Ltd. The premium payable for renewal of membership for various age categories is as under: Merber age-Group Renewal Premium per Member Payable by the member Below 70 Yrs. Rs. 9,609/- Between 70 to 80 Yrs. Rs. 6,428/- 80 Yrs. & above Rs. 100/- Member age-Group Gap Case Enrolliment Premium per Member payable by the member Below 70 Yrs. Rs.19,218/- Between 70 to 80 Yrs. Rs. 12,856/- 80 Yrs, & above Rs.100/- In addition to renewals and fresh enrollments during the policy period 2026-27, the Gap Cases i.e. ex-employees who have failed to renew their membership or have never enrolled under SAIL Mediclaim Scheme after separation from SAIL and/or those ex-employees who were otherwise eligible in terms of the coverage criteria provided under the SAIL Mediclaim Scheme 2026-27, shall also be allowed for enrollment under the scheme for 2026-27 on payment of premium based on their age category as mentioned above. Fresh enroiments for employees retiring during the policy period 2026-27 and their spouses shall be allowed for coverage under SAL Medicaim Scheme 2026-27 on payment of pro-rata premium Further, the facility of super Top Up has been there for willing employees / ex- employees on payment of full premium on the existing Terms and Conditions of enrollment in SAIL Mediclaim Scheme. For gap case enrollment, eligible ex-employees have to fill up the physical available form on sampark website (https://sampark.sailrsp.co.in), paythe premium through DD, enclose necessary documents and get the forms signed & flled in and submit at HR-ER& C Section (Administrative Building) or at Public Health Office Complex, Sector- 5 within the last date i.e. 10-08-2026.
