📢 PUBLIC NOTICE – Property Sale & Mortgage 📝 Official Public Notice Mrs. Vimla Bai, wife of Mr. Bhagwan Singh, has declared her lawful ownership and possession of Plot No. 102, situated at Village Pipliya Gajju, Mandideep, District Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The property was purchased through a registered sale deed dated 26 June 2024. Mrs. Vimla Bai has now entered into an agreement to sell the property to Mrs. Divya Lodhi, who intends to mortgage the property with IDFC First Bank, Mandideep Branch for obtaining a loan. Any individual, institution, bank, or authority having any claim, objection, lien, mortgage, charge, or legal interest in the said property is requested to submit a written objection within 7 days from the publication of this notice. If no objection is received within the stipulated period, the sale deed and mortgage process shall proceed accordingly.
