This public notice notifies the public about an investigation into the title of Flat Nos. 811 and 812 in the "Canary" building, located in Hiranandani Estate, Thane (West).The property was jointly owned by the late Shri Mahesh Devdas Dandwani and Mrs. Bhavna Mahesh Dandwani.Following the death of Shri Dandwani on April 15, 2021, Mrs. Dandwani released her rights to Mr. Vinay Mahesh Dandwani via a release deed dated July 13, 2021.Any claims or objections to this transfer must be submitted in writing to advocate Anil S.
