Description: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a public notice regarding the proposed purchase of land falling under the 7% आबादी भूखण्ड scheme of village Usmanpur for planned development. The authority has proposed land acquisition at the rate of Rs. 3,808 per sq. meter for 7% आबादी भूखण्ड or Rs. 4,300 per sq. meter including ex-gratia compensation, as per the prescribed government process. Landowners or any affected persons having objections regarding the proposed land purchase may submit their written objections to the concerned authority within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. The authority has also advised the public to remain cautious against unauthorized plotting, housing colonies, or construction activities in the YEIDA notified area without approval.
