A public notice has been issued by Azher Bashir Banday regarding the change of his ward's name from Maleeqah Banday to Sheema Bandey. Henceforth, she shall be known by the new name, Sheema Bandey, for all purposes. Any person having an objection may contact the Passport Office, Srinagar within 7 days from the date of publication. Objections received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
