Notice: Layout Approval Application The Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has issued a public notice regarding a layout approval application submitted by M/s S.D. Groups, represented by its Managing Partner Sri Kandregula Sriramulu, and M/s Ananda Profiles Pvt. Ltd., represented by its Managing Director Sri Jagariamudi Suresh Babu. The proposed layout covers land in Survey Nos. 189-2-B, 189-2-C, 189-3A-1, 189-3A-3, 189-3A-4-B-2-B, 189-4A-2, 190-2A-2 (Part) and 190-2C-2 of Batazangalapalem Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, with a total extent of Ac. 11.7637 cents. The application is being processed under Online Application No. 1167/0116/LP/VMRDA/2025. Members of the public are invited to submit any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed layout approval to VMRDA within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice. If no objections or suggestions are received within the stipulated period, the layout approval application will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules.
