U GRO Capital Limited, a secured creditor, has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 read with the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, calling upon the borrowers to repay the outstanding dues within 60 days from the date of receipt of the notice. The notice has been issued to borrowers including Smt. Vivek Swids Haas, Parmeshwar Rajbhar, and Madhuri under Loan Account No. UGVNIM$0000083880. The total outstanding amount is Rs. 52,48,041/- as on 08.06.2026, along with applicable interest, penal charges, and other costs. The loan is secured against an immovable property situated at Village Lahua Khurd, Tehsil Lalganj, District Uttar Pradesh, bearing Araji No. 160Mi with a residential house and defined boundaries as mentioned in the notice. Borrowers are instructed to clear the dues within the stipulated period failing which U GRO Capital Limited will initiate action under Section 13(4) of the Act, including taking possession, sealing, or sale of the secured asset for recovery of dues. The borrower is also restricted from transferring or disposing of the secured property without prior written consent of the lender.
