ICICI Home Finance Company Limited announces that its Authorised Officer has taken symbolic possession of two secured immovable properties due to the borrowers' failure to repay outstanding dues. The first property, located at Plot No. 8, Dabri Ext., New Delhi, belongs to Jawed Khan and Rausan Ara to recover an outstanding demand amount of Rs. 1,53,81,203.26. The second property, a residential built-up plot in Sector-63, Noida, belongs to Sunayana Devi, Prachi Sharma, Raghav Kumar, and Rahul Kumar to recover an outstanding demand amount of Rs. 1,05,59,892. Both symbolic possessions were executed on 02-Jul-26 under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, and a 30-day notice is given to the borrowers to clear their liabilities before further legal action.
