ICICI Bank has taken symbolic possession of two secured assets under the SARFAESI Act on 12-08-2026 due to loan default by borrower Sri Balaji Steels and its partners. The total outstanding amount claimed stands at ₹2,37,63,190.13 as of the demand notice date (16-02-2026). Public dealings with these properties are strictly prohibited. A final 30-day notice is hereby issued to the borrowers to clear all dues to avoid a public sale.
