Quint Digital Limited has issued a notice informing shareholders about the reopening of a Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation (Demat) of physical securities, in line with SEBI circular dated 30 January 2026. The window will remain open from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027.
This facility allows shareholders to submit requests for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares that were originally bought or sold prior to 1 April 2019. Only cases accompanied by valid original share certificates and supporting documents will be considered under this window.
All approved securities will be compulsorily credited in demat form and will be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration, during which they cannot be transferred, pledged, or lien-marked.
Shareholders are advised to contact the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited, for any queries or assistance related to the process.
