Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has issued an investor notice regarding a Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical securities, as per SEBI guidelines. SEBI has opened a one-year window from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027 allowing investors to re-submit physical share transfer requests that were originally lodged before 1 April 2019 but were previously rejected due to documentation deficiencies. Eligible shareholders are required to submit valid documents, including original share certificates, to the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent or the company’s investor relations department. The notice also clarifies ineligible cases, including disputed transfers and securities already transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). All approved transfers will be processed only in dematerialised form and will remain under a one-year lock-in period. Shareholders are further encouraged to update their KYC details and convert physical shares into demat form to ensure safer and more efficient holdings.
