The application has been submitted by Ashfaq Ahmad Khan and Mrs. Suman Bazaz (through her attorney holder, Nazir Ahmad Wani) along with the required legal documents, including the partnership deed, lease deed, affidavits, registration certificate, identity proofs, and other supporting records. Any individual, financial institution, bank, or government authority having objections to the proposed transfer may submit them within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
