This public notice is issued regarding Plot No. 561–562, measuring 25’ x 50’ each, located in Housing Colony Lal Nagar, Chanapora, Srinagar. The said plots were originally allotted to Sh. Mohan Lal Dhar S/o Late Pt. Ram Chand Dhar vide Government Order No. 278-HD of 1978 dated 15/05/1978. The applicant, Javaid Hassan S/o Ghulam Hassan Bhat, has applied for NOC for execution of a sale deed to transfer ownership rights of the said plots in favour of Smt. Gulshan Hassan W/o Sh. Javaid Hassan, R/o H. No. 561–62, Chanapora, Srinagar, on the basis of a General Power of Attorney. Any person having objections to this proposed transfer may submit the same in writing to the office of the Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu within 15 days from the date of publication. No objections will be entertained after the expiry of the stipulated period
