This is to inform the general public that property bearing H. No. 1982/LIG/GF, HBC, Sector-55, Faridabad was earlier allotted/transferred as per records. It is now stated that the original allottee/owner Smt. Sulochna Gulati, wife of Ashok Kumar Gulati, has expired on 23.12.2024. Her legal heir Vikas Gulati, son of Ashok Kumar Gulati, has submitted the necessary documents for transfer of the said property in his name. Any person having any objection to the proposed transfer may submit their objection within 30 days from the date of publication, after which the transfer process shall be completed as per rules by the competent authority.
