Kumar House, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai and Andheri (West), Mumbai. It is informed that J Kumar Developers Limited has purchased the scheduled property as a successful bidder in an e-auction and a Sale Certificate dated 17.12.2024 has been duly registered on 26.12.2024 under serial number BDR-17-22153-2024. CISCE intends to purchase the said property on ownership basis for educational use and proposes to execute a Memorandum of Understanding / Agreement for Sale / Conveyance Deed accordingly.
