The Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) has issued a notice regarding I.A. No. 4 in O.P. No. 24 of 2020. TGSPDCL has filed a petition seeking a review of the levelized tariff for Solar Power Generators (SPGs) under the PM-KUSUM Scheme (Component-A), requesting an adjustment from ₹3.13/kWh to ₹2.98/kWh due to a reduction in GST rates from 12% to 5%. Stakeholders and the public are invited to submit written objections or comments to the Commission Secretary by June 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or via email at Secy-tgerc@telangana.gov.in. A public hearing is scheduled for July 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the TGERC Court Hall in Hyderabad.
