This is to inform the general public that my client, Samiuddin Qureshi S/o Hasinuddin Qureshi, resident of 2096, Turkman Gate, New Delhi, has severed all relations and connections with his two sons, Shazar Qureshi and Nooraz Qureshi, both residents of Turkman Gate, New Delhi. He has permanently debarred (bedakhal) them from all his movable and immovable properties. This includes, in particular, House No. 2085, Turkman Gate, New Delhi and Shop No. 8 (Al-Qureshi), Narmada Complex, Greater Kailash Part-2, New Delhi. The said sons have no legal or financial rights or interest in any of the properties of my client and are strictly prohibited from interfering in the affairs of the shop/restaurant “Al-Qureshi” or any other property. The general public is hereby cautioned not to enter into any dealings or transactions with them in relation to the said properties.
