The Office of the Naib Tehsildar, Anantnag, has issued a public notice regarding an application seeking permission for the alienation of migrant property under the Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Act (Immovable Property Preservation & Restraining on Distress Sale), 1997. The application relates to land measuring 7½ Sirsai under Survey No. 293 Min at Khanabal (Nai Basti), Anantnag. The public and all interested persons are invited to submit any objections, if any, in writing to the Office of the Naib Tehsildar within 14 days from the date of publication during office hours.
