The first account owes ₹11,08,752.19 for a flat in Baramati. The second account owes ₹33,75,961 for a property in Satara. The third account owes ₹8,27,020 for a flat in Daund. The fourth account owes ₹12,97,736 for an agricultural plot in Solapur. The fifth, sixth, and seventh accounts belonging to a single borrower owe ₹26,91,043, ₹30,05,728, and ₹90,749 for properties in Solapur. Borrowers are given 60 days to clear outstanding dues.
