Late Shri Devinder Seth, Proprietor of M/s Krishna Enterprises and sole owner/allottee of Industrial Plot Nos. 848 & 849, Sector-69, IMT Faridabad, Haryana, measuring a total of 4056 sq. mtrs., passed away intestate on 31.05.2026. His legal heirs, namely Shri Sanjay Seth, Shri Ajay Seth, Smt. Sarita Hasija, and Smt. Krishna Seth, have applied to HSIIDC for mutation/transfer of the said industrial plots in their favour on the basis of intestate succession. Any person having any objection, claim, right, title, interest, share, lien, charge, or any other demand concerning the said property may submit the same, along with supporting documents, to the Estate Manager, HSIIDC, Faridabad within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. In the absence of any objection or claim within the stipulated period, the plots shall be mutated/transferred in favour of the aforesaid legal heirs, and no subsequent claim or objection shall be entertained.
