Iftikhar Hussain Khan, S/o Late Abdul Hameed Khan, R/o Dagpora, Anchar, Srinagar, Kashmir, has issued a public notice regarding his application for the registration of a proposed Paying Guest House/Home Stay under the name "M/S LITTLE MUMTAZ PAYING GUEST HOUSE", situated at Nowpora, Srinagar, Kashmir, under the Tourist Trade Act, 1978/1982/2011. The general public, organizations, or any interested parties having objections, if any, to the proposed registration are requested to submit them to the Office of the Prescribed Authority, Directorate of Tourism Kashmir, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice in a leading local newspaper. Objections received after the stipulated period will not be entertained, and the application will be processed as per the applicable rules and merit.
