Any person, association, company, institution, bank, financial institution, or any other authority having any right, title, interest, claim, lien, charge, mortgage, encumbrance, lease, litigation, or any objection whatsoever in respect of the aforesaid property is hereby called upon to submit the same, along with supporting documentary evidence, to the undersigned within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. In case no claim or objection is received within the stipulated period, it shall be presumed that the said property is free from all encumbrances and my client shall proceed with the proposed purchase.
