The applicant Subash (husband) hereby declares that the deceased has left behind the following legal heirs: 1. Subash (Husband), 2. Sunil (Son), 3. Meena (Daughter), 4. Ritu (Daughter), 5. Naveen Kumar (Son). It is further declared that there are no other legal heirs except those mentioned above.
