Description: Ghulam Rasool Pahalwan, Attorney Holder of Abdul Rashid Hakim, has applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the transfer of leasehold rights of Plot No. 72, Housing Colony Bemina, Srinagar, in favor of Insha Majeed.
