Case 1 involves borrowers Perla Uday Kiran and Yamaka Santhi with an outstanding debt of ₹89,49,343.09 linked to a luxury flat at 'Golf Edge' in Gachibowli. Case 2 involves borrowers G Sunitha and Nanapuram Vinod with outstanding dues of ₹16,25,285.23 for a property at Malkajgiri. Borrowers are directed to settle all dues within 60 days from the publication date (18-08-2026).
