The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) issues a public notice regarding the official live launch of the High Risk Module under the Fast and Simplified Trust Based Plan Approval Systems (FASTPAS) as per the Uttar Pradesh Government order dated June 12, 2026. Consequently, the previous OBPS system has been completely closed for new low-risk and high-risk map approvals effective from June 20, 2026, though all pending applications submitted before this date will still be processed through the old OBPS portal.
