B.P. CAPITAL LIMITED has issued a public notice under Rule 30 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 regarding a proposed alteration in its Memorandum of Association. The company has stated that, pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 25 May 2026, it intends to apply to the Central Government under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013 for confirmation of change of its registered office from the State of Haryana to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The notice invites objections, if any, from the general public whose interests are likely to be affected by the proposed change. Such objections must be submitted within 14 days of publication, either through the MCA-21 portal or by registered post, duly supported by an affidavit explaining the nature of interest and grounds of opposition, addressed to the Regional Director, Northern Region, Chandigarh, with a copy sent to the company’s registered office in Mewat, Haryana.
