This is to inform that Ashish Sharma, resident of Sharma Gali, Vishwanath Ganj, District Khagaria, Bihar, hereby tenders an unconditional apology to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for inadvertently publishing an advertisement claiming CA certification and UDIN-related services using the ICAI logo without authorization, in violation of applicable provisions of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The said advertisement has already been removed, and the undersigned was not a member of ICAI. It is further assured that such an act shall not be repeated in the future.
