Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has issued a final 15-day notice to borrower Narender Kumar and co-borrower Rekha to remove personal belongings left at a physically possessed property at Plot No 77, Anaj Mandi, Palwal, Faridabad. Following physical possession on March 12, 2024, under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the remaining inventory has not been claimed. Failure to clear the personal items within 15 days of this publication will result in the assets being treated as abandoned, allowing the institution to dispose of or sell the inventory on an "as-is-where-is" basis at the current highest quotation of Rs 10,750.
