This is to inform the general public that Sri. Gundrathi Sreenivasulu, S/o Gundrathi Venkata Swamy, (Proposed Purchaser/Agreement Holder), R/o H.No.2-198, Allur Village, Nandikotkur Mandal, Nandyal District, has approached Union Bank of India, Ashok Nagar Branch, Kurnool for a housing loan for purchase of a plot by mortgaging the schedule property. It is hereby stated that one of the original link documents pertaining to the schedule property, namely the Original Registered Sale Deed dated 28-12-1973 bearing Document No.3849/1973 executed by Ediga Yella Goud in favour of Smt. Kalarsu Narasamma, has been reported lost during transit while Gundam Venkata Ramana Reddy was travelling from Jalakanuru Village to Midthur Village. A complaint regarding the loss has been lodged at Midthur Police Station and a “Not Traced Certificate” was issued by the Station House Officer, Midthur P.S. on 25-06-2026. Any person having any right, title, interest, claim or objection over the schedule property is hereby called upon to submit the same in writing to the below-mentioned address within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the stipulated period, it shall be presumed that there are no claims and the bank will proceed with the loan process in favour of the proposed purchaser.
