This notice pertains to Plot No. 30 measuring 27’+56’/2 x 100 located in Housing Colony, Rawalpora, Srinagar, which was originally allotted to Smt. Parmeshuri Bhat D/O Pandit Kashi Nath, R/o 51 Budshah Flat, Srinagar, vide Government Order No. 356-HD of 1978 dated 19/07/1978. Farhat Hussain Khan S/o Ghulam Rasool Khan, R/o H. No. 30, Housing Colony, Rawalpora, Srinagar has applied for transfer of ownership rights of the said plot in his favour on the basis of a sale deed and deed of declaration. Any person having objections to this proposed transfer may submit their written objections to the office of the Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No objections will be entertained after the expiry of the stipulated period.
