This is to inform the general public that H. No. 239/EWS, HBC Society-2, Sector-22, Faridabad was originally allotted/transferred in the name of Sheel Chandhari, wife of late K.C. Kandhari vide letter No. 9270 dated 04.05.1994. The original allottee/transferee, Praveen Kandhari, son of K.C. Kandhari, expired on 26.06.2022. Now, Pooja Kandhari, wife of Praveen Kandhari, resident of H. No. 239/EWS, HBC, Sector-22, Faridabad, has submitted documents for transfer of 1/2 share of the said property in her name as legal heir. Any person having any objection to the proposed transfer may submit written objections within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice along with supporting documents to the concerned office.
